We want you to LOVE your new styles! Therefore, we will allow returns or exchanges meeting the following conditions for all orders placed so we can keep your trendsetter on fleek:

• Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days of the shipment date in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Return/exchange must be postmarked on the 15th day from the shipment date.
• No returns will be accepted without receipt.
• You will be notified via email when we receive your return. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be posted to your account.
• Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees and must use a trackable method for return shipment.
• All returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and have all original tags attached.
• All sale merchandise and items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. Items specially ordered for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
• No returns on jewelry, sunglasses and other like items.
• Please contact us when ordering internationally for measurements and sizing.
• We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed online.
• Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products may vary in color slightly in real life due to computer screens portraying colors differently.
• Shopgypsygirl.com is not responsible for any items lost back in-transit to our location.
